Welcome to my Virtual Office!

If this is your first time using VSee, please click the "Sign Up" icon at the top right. Please complete the Registration Information,  input your medical history using the "Health" tab, and upload a copy of your insurance card using the "Documents" tab.  Please email my office at pacificwomensadmin@pacwomens.com so we can send you the New Patient paperwork.  Please choose one of the virtual options and add a brief description of what you would like to discuss. Please update your medical history in the "Health" tab as needed and feel free to upload any relevant documents.

If you prefer or need an office visit, please call my office at (415) 379-9600 or email pacificwomensadmin@pacwomens.com for availability. 

If I have stepped out for a delivery or I do not have availability,  you can check my physician assistant's waiting room at: https://pacwomens.vsee.me/u/physicianassistants. They offer same-day appointments. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so using the virtual platform or call our office as soon as possible. There will be a fee for cancellations less than 24 hours from the appointment time.  Advance notice allows us to offer the available time to the next person on our waiting list. Please note this fee is not covered by health plans.
